What kind of chains do you offer?

We offer a variety of chains including 14K Gold-Filled, Sterling Silver, Solid 14K Yellow Gold and Solid 14K White Gold.

How much does it cost?

Adult bracelet's vary based on style and finish.

Solid 14K bracelet ranges between $160 - $310.

Gold-Filled 14K bracelet ranges between $70 - $84

Sterling Silver bracelet is $56

Is permanent jewelry really permanent?

Chain jewelry is designed for long term wear. Once applied you enjoy 24/7 wear, hence the term permanent. However, when and if you need to remove the jewelry, it can easily be cut at the jump ring. Save the chain as it can be reapplied at a later date, or you may choose to add a clasp to it.

Policy + Warranty

It is important to understand that permanent jewelry is a long-term piece of jewelry however it must be cared for to ensure quality and longevity of the chain and bonded closure. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. Hot tubs may cause discolouration to gold-filled and sterling silver products.

14 Day Policy: if the bond fails within 14 days, we will offer a complimentary appointment in studio to bond the chain. If a chain is damaged and/or lost due to fuse failure we will provide a replacement chain of the same chain (or equal value of chain if no longer available). *terms and conditions apply, at the discretion of the technician and its business.

60 Day Policy: if the chain is damaged and/or lost within 60 days we will offer 25% off a replacement chain of the same chain (or equal value if the chain is no longer available). *terms and conditions apply, at the discretion of the technician and its business.
